Shipping Policy
Orders will be processed in a window of 2-5 business days. This may be affected by national holidays, vacation, etc. Please note that the shipping schedule may differ slightly around holidays and sales.
Our orders ship with USPS, FedEx or UPS. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive tracking information and is responsible for tracking their shipment. Nurture Self is not responsible for package theft or incorrect delivery. We ask that you please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout or contact us immediately if there's an error with the address.
If the package is returned, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs. If there are any issues with your order/address after placing your order, please info@shopnurtureself.com immediately so this can be addressed quickly for you.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Please track your order consistently. If the tracking shows your package was delivered and you claim you did not receive your package, a claim will need to be filed with USPS by the customer directly. As a result, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.
